My wife was worried a cluster of townhouses might be built next door, so I built Consent Watch to keep an eye on what was happening. It regularly scans Auckland Council building consent records, making it easier to see who is getting consent and where across Auckland. Private apps sit behind Cloudflare Access. Send a request and I add your email to that app's policy; you sign in with a one-time code — no account to create, nothing to install. Access is per-app and I can revoke it any time.
